20 Colors by Christmas: The GTI Mag Collection Keeps Growing
GTI’s 35–55pt magnetic card holder collection is getting bigger—and much more colorful.
We currently offer 17 different varieties, including our fun Purple & Gold City Edition inspired by Los Angeles. By Christmas 2026, our goal is to have a total of 20 color and design options available.
Our next City Edition is expected to arrive by December and will celebrate our home state of Washington. We are designing it with Seahawks and Mariners collectors in mind, and we cannot wait to share the finished product with the collecting community.
Building a Stronger and More Reliable Inventory
Earlier this year, we experienced inventory challenges after some unfortunate shipping issues connected to the Port of Tacoma. Although the situation was frustrating, it taught us valuable lessons about planning ahead and maintaining stronger inventory levels.
We have taken meaningful steps to improve our ordering and inventory process so that more colors remain consistently available.
We do not want to be one of those companies that advertises 20 colors but only has a handful available at any given time. As our collection grows, our goal is to make sure customers can actually purchase the colors they want.
There may still be times when a popular option sells out, but we are committed to restocking products more quickly and keeping a deeper supply of our most popular colors.
Quality Remains Our Main Focus
Expanding our color selection is exciting, but quality will always remain the priority.
All of our matte-colored mags feature removable protective plastic film. This film helps protect the surface during manufacturing, packaging, and shipping. Customers can peel it away to reveal the clean finish underneath.
Our metallic and other non-matte finishes do not currently include removable protective film. Because these surfaces are more exposed, occasional light surface marks may occur.
We recently upgraded the bags used to package our metallic and non-matte mags. The new material is better on the surface of the mag, and we have already seen a noticeable improvement in product quality.
We are also working toward adding removable protective film to our Cracked Ice mags.
More Colors, Better Availability and Continued Improvement
Reaching 20 colors by Christmas is about more than offering a larger number. We want to give collectors more ways to match their mags with their favorite cards, players, teams and collections.
